How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by destination but generally arrives within 7-10 business days after dispatch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal for international customers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan.
Can I request a custom size for a formal or bridal outfit?
Yes, we offer specialized stitching and customization services for our formal and bridal collections. You can provide your measurements via our custom size form during the checkout process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged or incorrect. Please note that customized, stitched, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
